Good location (close to the beach)
Unfortunately, my friend and I did not like this place at all. The staff was a bit ignorant and not very serviceminded and the room (a poolside bungalow/villa) was very low standard! The "bathroom" was dirty and the tap almost didn't work at all. Also the bed was very uncomfortable!

the breakfast is absolutely fantastic, with so much different tasty mezze-porridge and superb food and pancake.

The location was stunning and excellent, being close to the beach. Visiting restaurants and bars next to the hotel was easy. the superior bungalow was well-maintained, included an electric kettle, an air conditioning, and an individual safe.

I loved the location, although not on the beach we were up high so had a view of the ocean and sunset. It was minutes from the beach but far enough away from center of things to be nice and quiet.

The hotel had a lovely swimming pool, was a short walk away from the beach front, which had serveral bars and resturants to eat in.
We had to ask the hotel if there staff could clean our room, if for some reason we forgot the room would stay intouched (with no clean towels)

The staff were excellent. They have computers with free internet for guests use - which is rare for Thi hotels. The location is 2 minutes walking to Haad Yao beach.
The shower & toilet are located in a room without a roof(This is the concept of the room).

All the staff were really helpful, they felt like family!. Beautiful location, good for snorkelling. Nice and quiet. They even made sure we got home safely after the full moon party. They go the extra mile for their guest, will definately visit there again.

Staff always incredible and exceptional!
Honestly nothing to complain about. Possibly the best and wonderful stay with the service of this place. Particularly good location in a pretty quiet area really close to all the markets near the main pier, and beach bars. Unique rooms, huge bathrooms, exceptionally comfortable beds. Incredible breakfast with a wide range of meals.

I stayed here 5 nights in a Superior Villa with Ocean view. It is set back from the beach up on a hill, so the view is not direct, but had LOVELY sunsets! The Villa was very big with gorgeous teak details and a separate entry, sleeping and sitting area. The terrace had two nice benches and a hammock; the bathroom is half-outdoors so you can sit in the tub and look up into the stars! The fridge was a nice addition, to keep drinks and fruit cold. The beach is only a short walk away, as well as 7-11 and many other restaurants. I only ate onsite for breakfast one day, as prices were a little higher than elsewhere. For great, friendly food, try JB Huts/Bungalow, just across the road, opposite the 'Chill/Work-out complex.
I only rated the facilities as FAIR, as the pool was closed for repairs my entire stay and the construction was fairly noisy during the day, however, since this was the off-season I understand the need for maintenance. The owner gave me a 200 baht reduction per night to make up for it!
